LTSM Delivery Commitments
Excerpts from an Email entitled “Indiza 2006/07 LTSM Delivery Commitment”
Good Morning All,
I trust that you all ok and enjoying the start of winter with that cool and chilly evenings and mornings. Work still starts at 8am hey! I am sure some of you have forgotten because you have been working hard in the last two weeks of my absence. It is scotching hot in all the 4 countries and 6 cities I have been traveling nothing less than 38 degrees every day so you can imagine how dark I am now!
I remain very worried about our tight time lines for our delivery of LTSM 2006/07 and this is already giving me sleepless nights and the bad thing is that I can’t even find time to do any shopping I would have loved to do especially for some of you who have requested me to bring one or two things from this side of the world.
I am writing this email to you as follow up and add-on on the one below and I trust that the two emails are an evidence of my worries and I hope you are not going to confused them. I am writing this email today because I would like you to URGENTLY work on the following two assignments and give me feedback on your plan at least by Tuesday morning your time.
Before I talk about the two assignments, I must give you the rational behind the assignment and reality we are facing if we are to avoid most of the nightmares we had in 2005/06 and also ensuring that we remain ahead of the pack on LTSM Delivery,

Email // Outstanding Deliverables
Excerpts from an email discussion
1. I have just been on a call from DoE again and they still awaiting the Stock Procurement invoice from us. They need to process this before their month end run. I have now for the 3rd time promised that they will have this 8am tomorrow and this is dependent on you doing what I have asked you to do from last week already.
2. I still don’t have the 3 months bank recon which I requested over 2 weeks ago now. What do you suggest I do now to get this,
3. Masifundisane invoice again is still not complete. I asked you to talk to Darlington and give me the invoice minus the stock that we now received and make arrangement for delivery of stock we owing them. This is a Special MEC’s Project they must get all the staff they have ordered and the staff we don’t have MUST be sourced. This order must be completed and delivered by 12pm this Friday.
