Our discourse as a Country is at a point where a fundamental rethink is required in many areas of our economic life. South Africans young and old, Blacks in particular are crying out for a total rethink on how to deal with economic inequalities we inherited from our apartheid past. Black South Africans remain trapped in poverty and under-development and without a concerted contribution by the Citizens in support of government policies and programmes, government alone will not succeed in delivering our dreams of democracy.
Government continues to enact various polices aimed at providing policy guidelines for the Country which propels u to realise our democratic gains and commitments. Restitution of Land Rights Act and Mineral & Petroleum Development Act are two of the fundamental areas of South African Economic Transformation Agenda where we have decided to focus on as Alibuye.
- Monitoring Public Policy Implementation and compliance by public officials, and…
- In the process empower communities to claim their rights and hold government responsible and accountable for it’s service delivery commitments.
- We are doing this work largely in the following core sectors:-
- Land restitution and Land Use Management
- Land Claims Facilitation
- Public Policy in general ( with a bias on how they affect South Africans in general and Blacks in particular)
