AFFIDAVIT IN RESPECT OF AN ENQUIRY TO BE HELD IN TERMS OF THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 67(2) OF THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT, ACT 51 OF 1977 

I, the undersigned,

ZAKHELE INNOCENT JABULANI MABASO

do hereby make oath and state as follows:

1.  I am an adult male businessman ordinarily residing at Mount Edgecombe Golf Estate, Fairways Golf Lodge, Durban.
2. The content of this affidavit is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and falls within my own knowledge, save where I state to the contrary or where such appears from the context hereof.
