Excerpts from the “Notice of Appeal”

WHEREAS the Honourable Mr Justice Kruger forfeited the bail money of accused number 1 (hereinafter referred to as the Appellant) in the amount of R 1 million on 13 March 2012 in the above Honourable Court;

AND WHEREAS the Honourable Mr Justice Kruger then cancelled the bail of the Appellant and remanded him into custody;
